Wine makes my heart race. Perhaps beer should be the drug of choice but it will turn me into Homer Simpson sooner. There aren't many remaining choices. Ever. Ice water with lemon, or beer is good. <br /> Melatonin sometimes works to help me sleep; Benadryl does work well, but sometimes lingers and leaves you longing (is that enough "L" words?) for more sleep the nexy day, and it dries out your sinuses.
